The New York Public Service Commission issued a notice to AAA ESCO Llc., a natural gas supplier, for failure to file its second quarter 2018 historic pricing data, threatening to revoke the supplier’s license to operate in the state.

  • The regulator alleges that AAA has not complied with the filing deadlines for pricing data and has repeatedly missed other deadlines for compliance information since November 2017.
  • The company is now required to show cause why its eligibility to act as an energy service company in New York should not be revoked.
  • AAA ESCO has been eligible to serve residential and non-residential natural gas customers in New York State in National Grid’s Long Island service area since August 2011.
