CEO and Founder, Angelique Mercurio, will speak at the Canadian Consulate on Thursday, December 5, 2013, about the importance of women leaders in the sectors of energy, security, and economic competitiveness.
The event strives to foster dialogue and collaboration among female business leaders in and around NYC, and provide a first-hand perspective from industries with parallel cultures. Most importantly, the speakers will focus on the contributions of key women in the new economy, and what the impending culture shifts will have in their respective industries. The event content will serve as a platform for industry networking and discussion among like-minded professionals and thought leaders.
Ms. Mercurio will speak on her experience and contribution to the field of energy, and on her role as an entrepreneur and CEO of energy software startup Energy Solutions Forum (ESF). ESF is the only women-founded and women-led tenant company of the NYC Accelerator for a Clean & Resilient Economy (ACRE), NYC’s premiere cleantech incubator for energy software and hardware startups. ESF’s enterprise SaaS product, EnerKnol, is the first one-stop energy policy data portal, dedicated to solving the big data problem faced by the highly-regulated energy industry.
