Key challenges posed by the energy transition to renewables will be discussed. These issues will be explored in depth, from both energy and environmental perspectives. Some details covered will be how to better serve the interests of energy consumers. Other details include balancing environmental goals in regards to technological limitations. How to protect the grid against cyber and natural disaster threats will also be a topic for discussion.
