As a design thinking expert she blends design with business strategy and technology to reimagine products, services and business models. She recently founded Joulez,a startup developing a new category of products and experiences to inspire girls ages 8-12 to engage in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) activities.

Sherman is the Co-Founder and CEO of Modalyst, an onlineretail technology platform powering dropshopping, enabling ecommerce retailers to list and sell unique products without the financial risk of purchasing inventory. With over 11 years working for Prada, Harvey Nichols and Italian Vogue, Jill founded Modalyst to encourage entrepreneurs to easily start and scale their retail businesses globally. Jill was names by Crain’s as a “Woman to Watch in NY Tech” and has a TEDx on“The Rise of the Independents.”
