Moderated by Commissioner Emeritus Bob Rowe, Utility Insurance 101 will provide an introduction to the history of insurance used by utilities, describe the most-utilized insurance coverages, including typical insurance-reinsurance structures. Utility Credit Rating 101 provides an introduction to credit rating agencies and their impact on utilities’ future regulatory outlook.
